Return Policy

At TORONTO BICYCLES, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning a product.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged bicycles or accessories in their original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory for initiating a return.

Conditions for Returns

1. Product Condition:

  • The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

2. Packaging:

  • The product must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in, with no alterations.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Assembled or used bicycles.
  • Products purchased under clearance sales, promotional offers, or marked as "non-returnable."
  • Consumables such as tires, tubes, brake pads, and lubricants.

4. Customized Orders:

  • Products with customizations, such as personalized paint or decals, are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

1. Initiate Return:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@torontobicycles.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product and packaging to verify its condition.

2. Approval:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Inspection:

  • Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

5. Refund or Exchange:

  • If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery:
    • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
    • If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once the product is shipped, the return policy applies.
