What is covered under Warranty?

TORONTO BICYCLES offer a Lifetime Warranty on any Manufacturing defects for the Frame of the Bicycle. This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the bicycle cannot be broken or will last forever. It does mean that the bicycle is covered subject to the terms of the limited warranty.

How to Avail Warranty?

Please Register Your Toronto Bicycle online to ease the process of Availing Warranty on your TORONTO BICYCLE.
For any warranty claim to be considered, the bicycle must be brought in to an Authorized Toronto Bicycle Retailer. The bicycle must be in assembled condition and accompanied by the Warranty certificate (can be obtained by Registering your bike) or dated sales receipt for the bicycle. (Be sure to keep your receipt in a safe place.

Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the cycle.

• Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, peeling of paint and all coatings initiated due to intentional or accidental dent or scratches, damage due to chemicals, improper storage and parking.
• Use in any competitive sport
• Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity
• Modified with the addition of a motor
• Ridden by more than one person at a time
• Rented, sold, or given away
• Improper Assembly
• Improper Follow up Maintenance
• Damage or Failure due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
• Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.
